The first thing is to build the table. It needs to be flat and strong.
I used a jointer to make sure my wood was straight. Added a second piece of plywood so that the table top was boxed with plywood on the top and bottom. This makes it stiff to stop bending.
Found a location in the workshop where the top was level and marked the floor. There is a support where the engine is located if I decide to place the engine on the table.
